Performance Management workshop
Objectives
By the end of this full day training session, participants will have explored:-
• The key aspects of the law and the policies/procedures relevant to managing performance at the University
• The role and responsibilities of different participants in the performance management process (including manager, HR and companion)
• How to maximise the effectiveness of the initial intervention and make progress in a way that is proportionate
to the issues and risks
• The skills needed to raise the issue/ deal with the reactions from the employee.
Interactive exercises will be used throughout to enhance learning and encourage delegate participation.
